Postdoctoral Position in Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy

A postdoctoral position is available jointly at the Department of Physics and Department of Chemistry, University of Georgia, on developing Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy based biosensors. The anticipated starting date is in January 2009, or ASAP. Hands-on experience in Raman spectroscopy, fiber optics, metallic nanostructure preparation, and biochemistry, is strongly required. Other related experience in thin film deposition, characterization, and clean-room micro-/nano-fabrication processes is preferred. Graduate Reseach Assistant Positions

(3) Numerical calculation of nano-object moving in fluid, and software development;
