Presentation Details

We will use my Macbook Air for the talks. Speakers should send me (stancil@physast.uga.edu) their presentations at least by the morning of their talk, but the day before would be better. I have keynote and powerpoint installed. If you have animations or videos, it would be better to use your laptop. The connection to the projector is only via HDMI. It is a back-lit projector screen.

Posters will be displayed from Monday morning until Tuesday evening. They should be removed at the end of the Tuesday poster session at 6:30pm. The poster boards are 5' x 5' and extend to the floor. If you submitted an abstract and your name is not listed for a talk above, then you are automatically confirmed for a poster.
