Wiring diagrams summarize vast number of observations
about the biochemical networks. In quantative biology
wiring diagrams are translated into mathematical
terms: e.g., the system of differential equations.
Often the numerical values of the rate constants that
parametrize these equations are unknown. To overcome
this and other difficulties in mathematical
biology, H.-B. Schuttler proposed 'ensemble method'
which combines a differential equation solver with the
Monte Carlo simulation. In this talk I will present
our results on studying the quinic acid gene cluster
of Neurospora crassa with the ensemble method.
