Research Interests

  • Nanoparticles, nanotubes, nanowires and nanobelts: rational synthesis, structural characterization, properties measurements, device fabrication, and potential applications
  • Functional nanomaterials with potential applications in energy, national security and biology as photocatalysts, phosphors, detectors, markers, and sensors.
