Info for PHYS1212 Test No. 1

Test No. 1 will be held in class on Tue. Feb. 5, 2008 , 9:30am-10:45am or 2:00pm-3:15pm, resp.

The Test will be open-textbook and cover Knight Latest Edition

Chapters 22, 23 and 24,
to the extent covered in class. You are also allowed to prepare and bring your own 1-sheet (= 2-page) formula sheet. Calculators, writing utensils are of course also allowed. However, no other printed/written materials will be allowed. In particular, it is strictly forbidden to bring or use any copies of any Problems or Solutions posted on our PHYS1212 webpage during the test, i.e.:
No STPs, No Recent Tests, No Solutions!!

You should study all assigned Sample Test Problems (STPs) for the Chapters covered by the Test, as follows:

STP Part B No. 6-17, 43-45, 51, 52, 56, 57, 61, 72-74, 80-83, 89, 90, 97;
